This is a Land Rover Freelander 2010; its original key does work. And the customers come for a spare remote key. So I’m going to use the new XHORSE KEY TOOL MIDI to program a new key for this car.
Plug the KEY TOOL MIDI via OBD.

You need at least one programmed key. Click OK to continue.
Push the programmed key into the key slot, and click OK to continue.
Whether the inserted key is sucked in and not pushed out?
If sucked in, press OK; if not, press CANCEL.
Turn on the ignition switch, press OK to continue.
Switch ignition off, click OK to continue.
Remove the key from the card slot, and click OK to continue.
Please insert the smart card again.
To program the next one? Yes.
Remove the key from the card slot, and click OK to continue.
Push the new key to be programmed into the card slot again. If it is ejected, please insert it again.
Note: if the direction lock sounds, the key is sucked in; otherwise, insert the key again.
Whether the smart card been fully drawn into the card slot? No.
Please insert the smart card again.
This time, I heard it click.
Whether the smart card been fully drawn into the card slot? Yes.
To program the next one? No.
Turn on the ignition switch, press OK to continue.
Operation completed!
Now I’ll try and start the vehicle, which starts absolutely fine.
Unlock works, lock works.
So now I’ve got two keys programmed using KEY TOOL MIDI.
