How to fix DTCs errors after swapping VW PQ Kessy module 5K0959434 via Xhorse Iscancar VAGMM007 diagnostic tool? This post is going to show the steps as below:
This is a second hand Kessy module 5K0959434 contains VIN & Key ID in memory.
After swapping used module to other car, you will see errors such as “65826 – No Basic Setting B2010 00 [009]” or “10487040 – Data Record Invalid”.
Open VVDI2 VAG software, double click Entry And Start Authorization 5K0959434F >> Read DTCs >> Clear DTCs >> Read DTCs again, error still exists.
Connect Xhorse MM007 to the OBD2 port of the car, power up, and click OK.
Main Menu >> Parameter Refresh >> Device Parameter File >> 05 Kessy
Connect to read… Click OK >> PQ Kessy Data >> OK, please wait…
Load proper data to your car and confirm to upload.
TIGUAN_LL_NT_XX_YY >> OK >> Connecting… Clearing dtc success! Press OK.
Check if there is no DTC.
Back to 05 Kessy module >> OK >> Read DTCs >> No DTC! Press OK.
Please remember to do Key Learn after Kessy module swapped, to fix proxy key open or close.
