Solved: Xhorse Key Tool Max "Does Not Currently Support XM38"?

Problem: Why did my Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Max Pro fail to generate the “5801 KeylessGo 4D 314.35 FSK” and “Legacy(2020-2022) 7000 ID8A 433M” remotes? Both prompted: “This option does not currently support XM38 Universal Remote“.

What’s the problem? Please advise.

Solution
The issue is that the customer is using the wrong XM38 smart key. As the option “5801 KeylessGo 4D 314.35 FSK” is required, it only supports XM28 TOYOTA or XM38 Toyota Smart Key.

As for the XM38 Universal Smart Key, we can find the supported remote option to generate.
