Here share a customer review about how to solve Xhorse Condor XC-Mini Plus white screen problem.
Received my Xhorse Condor XC-Mini Plus, however, recently, when I used it to cut the key, a white screen appeared all of a sudden. Please look at the following pictures.
I didn’t know what to do and consulted Xhorse engineer who suggested that I should take the following steps to solve the problem, namely: turn on Xhorse upgrade kit, clear all errors three times and then update the firmware. And I did what Xhorse engineer told me to do and now my machine works perfectly. Bravo! Thanks for Xhorse engineer’s help!
