How to use Xhorse VVDI2 to program the Audi A8 Smart key? In this post, we’ll make a quick demonstration for reference.
Steps:
1. Connect VVDI2 to the car and plug Audi A8 smart key into VVDI2.
2. Click the “Audi” button>>“Key learn”>>“5th immobilizer system” >>“Read BCM2 Data(OBDⅡ)”.
3. Insert the working key into the ignition and switch it on before continuing. If the working key is already in the car, take it out and insert it again(also switch the START/STOP button). If lost all working, open the headlight, then step on the brake before continue.
4. Save Audi A8 BCM data.
5. Click “Check Key Status”. If we cannot read-write the chipset, or the chipset is not placed into VVDI2, check it. Then the key info. will be read.
6. When the screen shows “The current key has keyless. This key is not locked”, click “OK”.
7. Click “Make Dealer Key”, and choose the method, say, “A6L, A7, A8, Touareg add a key -You must have a working key ”, then choose “Next” to go on.
8. Please input the working key to the VVDI2 antenna before pressing “OK”.
9. Save the synchronize data.
10. Press “OK” to load BCM2 data read just now.
11. Put a key to VVDI 2, then press “OK”.
12. When making a dealer key is successful, press “OK”.
13. Enter the number of the key, say “2”. Then press “key learning”, then press “OK” to load BCM2 data that has been read.
14. Insert the working key into the ignition(or nearby ignition coil ) and switch it on before continuing. If lost all working key, insert dealer key into the ignition(or nearby ignition coil ), open the headlight, then step on the brake before continue.
15. Insert every key into the ignition in turn. Once a key is learned successfully, X/Y in the dashboard, X will be added 1. If only have an ignition coil, please stop and start the START/STOP button after X added 1. After all, keys are successfully learned, press “OK”.
16. Press “OK” twice.
