Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus can successfully add the 2020 Toyota Camry smart key by OBD. Here I have the original key, let me show the procedure.
Key programming >> ASIA >> Toyota >> Selected from model >> Camry >> Keyless Go >> 2019- >> Type 1(8A -Page P4 A8/A9/AA) >> Start programming >> Add smart keys
If it is the EEPROM data backed up by OBD, please ignore this prompt.
If the EEPROM data backed up by the adapter was just used, please restore the vehicle before performing this function.
Press Yes.
Please ensure the device is connected to the Internet before executing this function. This function can use a registered original car key or emergency start key to add a new key.
Press OK.
Please turn the ignition to the ON position(the instrument panel is on).
Key Tool Plus will show the software no.
Press OK.
Number of registered keys: 2
Number of keys remaining to be registered: 5
Note:
The maximum number of keys for a few car models may not be correct.
Press OK.
Keep touching the ignition switch with the sign surface of a registered key.
Complete the operation within 30s after clicking OK.
Click OK and keep touching the ignition switch with the sign surface of the key to be registered within 30s.
Note: If the key sounds once, take the key farther away. If the key sounds twice, it is programmed successfully.
Press OK.
Please keep the key touching the ignition switch.
Make sure all steps are completed. Wait for registration to complete.
Key registration succeeded!

The matching is completed. If the key remote does not work, please use the [Synchronize ECU and ID] function(multiple synchronizations may be required) to synchronize the remote code.
