VVDI2 AKL Programming for Motorcycle Piaggio Fly125 Success

Today we’re going to show you the process of key programming for motorcycle Piaggio Fly125 when all keys lost using VVDI2 and third party software “advanced scooter workshop”.

 

We’ll read engine control unit on bench by software “advanced scooter workshop”, and then load immo data into VVDI2 Key Programmer to program 2 keys with Xhorse Super Chip.

 

EEPROM: 95320

 

Proceure:

1.Get immo data on bench

Remove engine control unit.

After connection and 12V power supply, open up “Scooter”.

Once it’s connected to PC, it’ll prompt “Device connected”.

Select “MIU G3/RIU1” and “Read EEPROM 95320”.

After reading done,

Switch to “MEMORY DUMP” and select “Save As” to save immo data.

2.Make keys via dump file by VVDI2

Connect VVDI2 to PC.

Open up VVDI2, and switch to “Immobilizer Data Tool”.

Select “Euro” “Piaggio” “Vespa” “LX125 – 95320”.

Select “Load EEPROM dump” to load immo data file we just saved.

Insert a VVDI super chip into VVDI2 coil.

Select “Key 1”, “Make Dealer Key” and “VVDI Super chip”.

Repeat to make another key.

 

Done!
