Hey, I’ve got a 2000 Volvo S40 door lock here, and I’m going to cut a HU56R key using Xhorse Dolphin XP-005 key cutting machine + VVDI Key Tool Max.
This is a HU56R blank key to be cut, and the lock code.
Connect VVDI Key Tool Max to Dolphin XP-005 via Bluetooth, be ready to start:
Press “All Key Lost”>> Volvo >> Input the lock code
It tells to use M2-A clamp for the cutting, press “OK”.
Just verify the cuts here are 21324343 as mentioned.
Fix the blank HU56R key on M2-A clamp, get it locked in. Please noticed to press it flat on the clamp.
Press “Cutting key” on VVDI Key Tool Max>> Press “Continue” to start.
The Dolphin XP-005 machine starts cutting keys…
Cutting key completed, the first side was done, clean the fillings on clamp, flip it over to do the other side, fix it flat and lock it in again.
Press “OK” on VVDI Key Tool Max, repeat same operations as first time.

Okay, The other side was done, let me check if the key can open the Volvo lock, it works flawlessly.
