How to use Xhorse Dolphin XP005 Key Cutting Machine to cut a HU66 key for 2000 Volkswagen Beetle lock when all keys lost?
Next, I will use the VVDI Key Tool Max to match with Dolphin XP005 to do the job. Certainly, you can control it in Xhorse app directly, only to install it on a smart phone beforehand.
All key lost >> Volkswagen >> Input code: 0798 >> HU66, 8 bitting, 820*2800
Install M2-C clamp shoulder align as prompts, fix HU66 key blank flat on it, press “OK”.
Having been decoded the bitting code is 22433444.
I’ll always double check here, they are all correct.
So now let’s go ahead to press

Dolphin XP005 machine will start cutting automatically…
What we have to do is just to wait one side cutting finished.
When machine is stopping, clean iron scraps, then take out the key to flip it over.
Fix it flat as before, go on to cut the other side.
