We’ve got a Volvo door lock from a 2000 Volvo S40 and we’re going to cut the Volvo HU56RP key with Xhorse Dolphin XP005 and VVDI Key Tool Max.
Now, please follow the steps below:
1. Do the decoding and get the bidding and run it through lock code, then we can get the keycode “DH0800”.
2. Switch to DOLPHIN main page, click “All key lost”>>“Volvo”.
3. Enter the key code “DH0800”and click “QUERY”.
4. Click “OK” and clear metal filings, press the key blank on the clamp and then make sure it is flat.
5. Click “Cutting key”>>“Continue”.
6. When cutting one side of the key is finished, flip the key over, clear metal filings, then start to cut the other side of the key.
7. Click “OK” when the screen shows “Cutting key completed”.
8. Click “Cutting key”>>“Continue”.
When both sides of the key have been cut, plug the new key into the lock to see whether it can work. It works perfectly!
