Hello, guys, today we’ll cut a Hu58 key for a 1996 BMW 3 series lock via Xhorse Dolphin XP-005 and VVDI Key Tool Max.
We have decoded that the bitting code of A and B tracks is 233123 and 134411 respectively. And the lock number is BH130746.
Preparation:

Steps:
1. Go to “Cut by Bitting”>>“Silca-Hu58”.
2. Read the instructions on the screen and click “OK”.
3. Enter the bitting code of A and B tracks.
4. Fix the key on the clamp of Dolphin XP-005.
5. Choose “Cutting key”>>“Continue”, and Dolphin XP-005 will begin to cut the key.
6. When the cutting of the first side is finished, get the brass off and flip the key over, then fix it on the clamp of Dolphin XP-005 again.
7. Click “OK”>>“Cutting key”>>“Continue”, then we’ll cut the second side of the key.
When the cutting of both sides is done, brush the brass off and check whether the key can work perfectly.
