Xhorse VVDI MINI Key Tool Reviews

VVDI Key Tool

A lot of customers who have received the Xhorse VVDI Mini Key Tool sent much feedback to us.
Now, let’s check the customer reviews together.

Review 1: Great looking product
It’s what I have seen for almost 15 years now. When it comes to the last detail in software and manual, they still can’t do it. You get guided to a China website, that’s all but in English. Then I always disconnect everything and shut down. Did try to clone a 2011 Suburban key and a 2008 BMW key. Did not work either…..!!!

Review 2: A nice tool for key clone
Works well! I did some research and it does work if you need to unlock used smart key for Toyota like the 2010 Prius. This is the tool to get you to need to keep trying until the light at the smart key flashes. I was able to read frequency for Honda keys and from the remote on a 2007 Cadillac Escalade. Good quality!

Review 3: can not write a new Nissan master key
I have a Nissan master key and got a new key cut from the Nissan dealer yesterday. Try to clone the key and it can not write a new key. I tried 2 different new keys that have the same id46 for Nissan. Both not writable. I mean I got a key from Nissan’s original one and this thing can not write. I am returning soon after one last try.

Review 4: Very convenient to check transponder type and frequencies
I will keep it with me all the time.
Very convenient to check transponder type and frequencies, small and easy.
I have only 1 fear about that tool
It’s that it will become too easy for anyone to make themselves keys.
That’s bad. It’s killing the key and locksmith market.
And the security of course.

Review 5: Do a quicker and better job than the key tool
Well, from my experience, the mini key tool will do a quicker and better job than the key tool. The mini will NOT renew the remote from what I understand. I bought the mini recently as I wanted to do an ID 48 for VW and online since offline can damage the original remote. I notice the activation would cost $250, and the mini was at $139-150. With free activation and 1-year tokens. So now have both.
Well, 1 job pays for itself. Actually have 2 key tools and 1 mini, if a new one comes out that does something totally new, I’ll probably buy it. 1 or 2 jobs pay for themselves. I’ve had a case where my AutoProPAD or other programmers fails, and the key tool gets the job done. Probably my favorite tool. I just pre-ordered 80 super chips as well.

Review 6: Able to clone an H chip
Able to clone an H chip with the mini key tool, u just need the super chip.
The pixels are not bad. It’s because the camera shutter is faster than the LCD refresh rate. Besides, it happened so quickly and it was sunny outside I probably caught a glare but it is fine.

Conclusion: although the VVDI Mini Key Tool has some drawbacks, it’s still a good diagnostic tool that you deserve to have. If you want to know more about it, please go to https://www.xhorse.co.uk/
