How to use Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad to program a new smart key ID47 for Honda CRV 2018 by OBD? Following I’m gonna make a quick demonstration.
The original working key is 433 MHZ frequency.
Prepare a new Xhorse Smart Key to be programmed.
Having connected VVDI Key Tool Plus into OBD, press
Immo programming >> Honda >> Select by type >> Smart key system 2 >> Start programming >> Add a smart key
Simply following the notes:
Turn off ignition switch.
Switch ignition on.
Key number: 3
Take all smart keys out of the car.
Put the working key inside the car.
Take all smart keys out of the car.
Put the new smart keys in the car.
Identifying key…
Turn off ignition switch.
Switch ignition on.
Turn off ignition switch.
Switch ignition on.
Whether indicator light is out? Yes
Turn off ignition switch.
Switch ignition on.
Turn off ignition switch.
Switch ignition on.
Key number: 4
Smart key registration completed!
Test the new key, all can work, its remote is normal.
Done!
