Today I’m gonna show how to use Xhorse VVDI2 + GODIAGGT112 K-Line to make a dealer key for VW Golf IV 1999 VDO-93C86.
Connect GT112 K-Line to VVDI2 & MQB dashboard.
1. This flashing indicates that the key is not recognized.
2. If it turns off for 3s, the key is not recognized or the key chip does not match.
Open VVDI2 software.
VW >> Instruments >> Connect >> Identification >> Read DTCs
Special function >> K-Line Instrument/Immobox >> Read EEPROM >> Save file
Put the VVDI Super Chip into the VVDI2 coil.
Attention: If the chip is used, it needs to be wiped clean first.
Transponder Programmer >> Autodetect Transponder
Here we can see the super chip is unlocked.
Immobilizer data tool >> Euro >> VW >> Golf >> IV 1999 VDO-93C86 >> Load EEPROM dump >> Key1 Used >> Make Dealer Key >> VVDI Super chip – Select used position, NO NEED write EEPROM
Prepare dealer key success. Now the key can start the engine.
Put the Super Chip into GT112 coils to have a test.
1. This flashes off, which means a key has been matched.
2. The light of the key identifier flashes and then goes out, indicating that the IMMO chip and the chip key are working properly.
Key recognition coil test can also be used for emergency start area induction detection of car intelligent IMMO systems.
1. The light of the key identifier flashes and then goes out, indicating that the IMMO chip and the chip key are working properly.
2. The light of the key identifier flashes for a long time indicating that the chip key and vehicle’s IMMO system do not match, and the chip key needs to be re-matched.
3. The light of the key identifier does not flash which means that the vehicle’s IMMO system is faulty. Please check the vehicle’s IMMO system.
