Question: Should I update VVDI Key Tool Max? Haven’t had any problems last update was in June. I’ve seen many people with problems generating chips or remotes. Or is it user error ?

- you’ll be fine.the majority of errors are user error, trying to do stuff that doesn’t really work, like cloning a remote, u will spend alot of time trying and get nowhere. alot don’t know the differences between the remotes and when u have to use 1 over the other.
- Mine has updated no problem.
- Mine being working perfectly haven’t had a problem generating prox or cloning.
- Mine works perfectly.
- Updated and works fine no issues
- For the most part, it does work and they just need more users reporting faults. I’ve found that they don’t completely test what they make, evident by some of their remotes losing sync or malfunctioning shortly after. Another reason to get multiple alternative tools

Therefore, probably a lot of both. No one can honestly give you a correct answer. Consider the variables. Then multiple that by the fact that most people that post here are incompetent. Whatever answer you get may be right or wrong. Xhorse doesn’t include all information on changes, or any useful. Your likely to get bug fixes and bug creations.
