Customer problem: My Condor XC Mini PLus II cutting machine has the following error, how to fix it?
Solution: You need to disassemble the device to check.
Here are the steps:
1. Take out the screws shown in the picture below.
2. Pull out the entire motor to expose the entire motor housing and remove the screws to remove the motor housing.
3. After removing the motor housing, tthe cable which related conductivity it will expose, check if the cable is damaged.
This lead goes through the whole mian motor, one side connects with the led bar and one side connects with the probe base, to remove that lead you need to remove the cable plug and then pull it out from the underside of the led bar.
4. Loosen the lead wire fixing screw as shown below and remove the LED lamp cover.
5. Remove the three fixing screws, notice that there are three black plastic parts on the screws, do not lose them.
6. Check if the four wires are broken or if the screws are tightened.
